He is survived by: his parents, Reuben Sanford and Linda Darlene Lowe (Miller) of St. Clair Township; his wife Tonya Sue Quintano; his children, Kimberly, James and Aaron Lowe; his sister Mary Sutton (Leon); his sister-in-law Jennifer Lowe; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Shelley and Jessica Lowe.
