She is survived by: her son Max Cubillos; her parents, Jeff Evans and Kara Ottman; her siblings, Taylor Kooiker, Kaela Brower, Morgan (Jake McLouth) and Stephen (Emma Ottman); her nieces and nephews, Landon Brower, Lexi Brower and Tessa Ottman; and her grandparents, Louis, Donna Heykoop, James and MaryAnn Ottman.
