He was predeceased by: his parents, William Basinger and Nora Basinger; and his siblings, Betty, Mary (Lou), Helen, Bob and Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rubenacker; his children, Denise Lueck (Art), Connie Borglin (Kevin) and Tom Basinger (Marcia); his grandchildren, AJ Lueck, Tanya VanDillen, Kelly Nelson, Haley Basinger and Amy Basinger; his great grandchild Sammy VanDillen; and his siblings, Catherine, Eydie, Clara and John. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and long-time friends.
