He is survived by: his wife Kasi Culpepper of New Buffalo; his sons, Brooks Otis Culpepper IV of Valparaiso and Benjamin Culpepper (Erica) of Hebron, Indiana; his stepson James Wilkie of New Buffalo; his grandchildren, Brooks V, Kaelynn, Kaedence, Amelia, Myles, Jett, Willow and Reed; his sisters, Cindy Nelson (David) of St. Joseph and Kelly Culpepper of Chesterton, Indiana; his sisters-in-law, Kelly Weldon of Hobart and Michele Kitchen (Tim) of Tennessee; his niece Sarah Pace (Josh) of Chesterton, Indiana; and his nephews, Robert Garber (Morgan) of Stevensville, Dane Nelson (Ashley) of Watervliet and Weldon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
