She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Neddo (Steiner); her husband Duane Kittle; her children, Charles Michael Garnett and Allison Louise Garnett; her sister Cynthia Jo Neddo; and her brother-in-law David Kucharczyk.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angel Garnett (Josh Siebert) and Olivia Garnett (Rich); her father William Ted Neddo; her grandchildren, Myllie and Colin Wethington; and her siblings, Martin Neddo (Nancy) and Sarah Kucharczyk.
In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to the family.
