He was predeceased by: his parents, John Matysiak and Emily Matysiak. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Ann Marie Diaz (Braden) and Catherine Toby (Michael); his grandchildren, Emily, Noah, Gabriela, Aiden, Madelyn, Ethan, Amelia and Jonah; his sister Christina Jones; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Kropog (Karen), Diane Kropog and Mark Kropog. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.
