He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer J. Riggs and Gertrude Riggs (Davis); and his brother John M. Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Joan Riggs (Barany); his son William T. Riggs; his daughter-in-law Dr. Holle Janeski; his daughter Sheri Keys (Riggs); his son-in-law Dean Keys (Dino); his grandchildren, Jacob, Justin, Joshua Riggs, Madison, Gabriel, Nolan and Peyton Keys; his stepgrandchildren, Bennett and Paige Janeski; his siblings, William D. Riggs and Susan Baron (Riggs); and his brother-in-law James Baron. He is also survived by eight nephews and nieces.
