With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tanzel John Thomas Courtney of New Boston, Michigan, born in Wyandotte, Michigan, who passed away on July 7, 2024 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Rosemary Courtney; and his brother Kenneth Courtney (Terri Courtney). He is survived by: his parent Tanzel Courtney; his fiancée Nikki Treadway; his children, Justin Courtney (Courtney), Jolene Courtney (Jeffrey) and Ariannah Courtney; his siblings, Brian Courtney, Michelle Gillespie and Terry Courtney; and his grandchildren, Hunter, Grayson, Trippe and Vrelynn.
