He is survived by: his spouse Margaret Liberty; his children, Richard Liberty, Jr., Sandra Healey (Timothy), Denise Chytil, Deborah Austin and Patricia Bailey-Somers (Daniel); and his sisters, Doreen Chester, Virginia McCune and Marie Gatton.
