He was predeceased by: his brother Leslie Hamilton. He is survived by: his spouse Lynn Hall; his children, Amy Zdunczyk (Mark) and Jason Shinn (Claudia); his grandchildren, Madysen, Ian, Zoe, Dylan, Cole and Conor; and his brother Drexel Hall (Norene).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Motts Children's Hospital.
