He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Macknis (Katalinas). He is survived by: his father Albert Macknis; his wife Melinda Macknis; his brother Mike Macknis (Jackie); his stepbrothers, Jeff Jegersky (Michelle) and Richard Jegersky; and his nieces, Mary Rose and Amy Macknis. He is also survived by many cousins and loving friends.
In lieu of flowers contributions in his memory may be made to the family to distribute according to Eddie's wishes.
