He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Pender (Fredericks) and Earl Richard Pender; and his brother Jerry Pender. He is survived by: his wife LeAnne Pender; his daughter Sasha Lea Pender; his sister-in-law Donna Pender; and his sister Tracey Shier (Greg).
