He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cichowski and Ilene Cichowski (Eberline); and his brother Randy Cichowski. He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Turner-Moore; his brothers, Jerry Cichowski (Susan), Timothy Cichowski (Betty) and William Cichowski (Joyce); and his stepsiblings, David and Vicky Shaffer (Adams). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and eleven great nieces and nephews.
