He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Martell and Norma Martell; his wife Kimberly; his children, Billy Martell Jr., Diana Monaco (Travis Ekstrom), Michael Martell, Michelle Martell and Ryan Weig; and his siblings, Lorraine McFarland, Pat Martell and Barbara Jean Lewinski. He was also cherished by 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
