He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Rowley and Vera Rowley; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Kenneth (Deborah), Richard (Cynthia), Shawn (Beth), Craig (Deborah) and Thomas (Dawn); and his siblings, Maxine Neiswander and Richard Rowley. He was also cherished by thirteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
