She is survived by: her husband Christopher Blitz; her children, Nicole Toth (Daniel), Dylan Hurttgam and Michael Blitz (Heather); her grandchildren, Cohen and Carson; her stepfather Jim Huey; and her siblings, Jerry Bazin (Lisa) and Craig Bazin (Margie).
