He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Phyllis (David); his siblings, Elaine, Robert and Eugene; and his grandson Samuel Plociniak.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Barry; his sons, James Plociniak (Julie), Peter Plociniak (Tina) and Casey Plociniak (Amy); and his sister Joan (Frambs).
In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate memorial donations may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America in his name.
