He was predeceased by: his wife Christine. He is survived by: his children, Kellie Gristchuk (Rich), Shannon Dipiazza (Steve) and Keith Evola (Chris); and his grandchildren, Paige Carl, Dohnavin Dipiazza, Savannah Dipiazza, Crystal Bennett (Matt), Steven Dipiazza (Kaitlyn), Ashley Demar (Kevin), Jennifer Evola and Jason Evola. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
