She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nick Perejda and Mary Perejda; her husband Jerome "Harry" Pruss; her children, Brian Ciach (Bernadette), David Ciach (Colene), Jeff Pruss (Toni) and Marie Laura (James); and her siblings, Dee Lowry (late David) and Ronald Dembinski (Patricia). She was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home - Warren (11470 E Thirteen Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48093). A rosary was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The lying in state was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Malachy Catholic Church (14115 14 Mile, Sterling Heights, MI 48312). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
