She was predeceased by: her mother Margaret "Peggy" Wells (Walt). She is survived by: her sons, Scotty Poff and Carlo Marra; her father Paul Mok (Janet); her siblings, Kim Angers Quinlan (Kevin) and Kristine Angers Sparger (Matt); and her nieces and nephews, Allison White, Evan White and Keegan Balcerzak. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.

In lieu of floral arrangements, donations may be directed to the care of Kelly's son, Scotty.
