She was predeceased by: her siblings, Ronald, Donald Harrington and Nancy Gruca. She is survived by: her husband Robert Gerdes; her children, Joey Gerdes, Bradley Gerdes (Kimberly), Stacey Bolton (Terrence) and Kelly Rittenberry (Davis); her grandchildren, Brianna (Eric), Austin, Garrett, Julia, Joseph, MacKenzie, Evan, Lydia, Emery, Jackie and Myra; her great grandchild Sawyer Jean; and her siblings, Gail Balinski (Thaddeus), Penny Bogan (James), Craig "Rocky" Harrington, Sherry Borden (William), Lance Harrington (Patricia) and Shawn Harrington (Maureen). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to McLaren Hospice.
