He was predeceased by: his parents, Willem "Bill" Munnik and Jilbert "Janette" De Munnik (Waller); his wife Ellen De Munnik (Cole); and his brother Gilbert De Munnik. He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Curt Cole (Theresa) and Norm Cole (Janet); and his nieces and nephews, Michele Marinucci (John), Karianne Fallow (Tony), Kathryn Cole (Todd Sloniker), Kirsten Capeless (William), Megan Knight (Andy) and Nicholas De Munnik (Kristin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
