In the vast expanse of eternity, Gerard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Gerard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Hayes and Gerard Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hayes; his children, Kevin, Karen Ladouceur (Phil) and Christopher Hayes (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Luke, Jack and Olivia Hayes; and his children, Aaron and Grace Ladouceur.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wasik Funeral Home, Gendernalik Chapel (23 Mile Rd, New Baltimore, MI 48047).
