He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Engle and Iola Engle (Dieterle); his wife Mary Ann Trevor; and his sister Irma Engle. He is survived by: his children, Gary Engle, Jr., Donald Kindred, James Engle (Jennifer), Cindy Stefforia (Michael) and Wendy Kindred; his grandchildren, Michael Stefforia (Reggie), Matthew Stefforia, Max Stefforia, Ashley Romine (Jacob), Kayla Albright (Brad), Lauren Engle, Riley Engle, Damon Engle and Anthony Engle; his great grandchildren, Michael, Hannah and Levi Stefforia; and his sister Joanne Ganaden.
