He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his children, David DeBruyne and Denise Wurmlinger. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Stephanie Stepaniak (Scott), Emily Couture (Jordan), David DeBruyne (Sarah) and Joshua DeBruyne (Katelynn); and his great grandchildren, Emmett Stepaniak, Evan and Jacob DeBruyne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
