It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Marie Parkkonen of Negaunee, Michigan, born in Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on April 1, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Hilpi Parkkonen; her sister Karen Delarye; and her siblings-in-law, Lorna Parkkonen and Kenneth Nicholas. She is survived by: her children, Terry Parkkonen (Ronda) of Negaunee and Laurie Goodman (Kevin) of Gladstone; her grandchildren, Chris Parkkonen (Stephanie), Sarah Hooper (Stephen), Kevin Goodman, Jr. (Amanda), Alan Goodman and Amanda Marlowe (Mitch); her great grandchildren, Haiden, Kinsley, Jaizon, Aila, Mason, Vera, Ryker and Eloise; her sisters, Carol Gaboury (Eugene), Kristine Nicholas, Sheila Peace (Louis) and Candace Delarye; and her siblings-in-law, Pauline Dupras (Raymond) and Steven Parkkonen (Margaret). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
