Shirley M. Kero Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley M. Kero of Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jalmer Mattson; her husband Ted Kero; and her siblings, Mildred Ropponen (Uuno), Richard, Donald and Lawrence Mattson (Kay).
She is survived by: her children, David Kero (Liz) of Negaunee, Julie Hintsala (Brian) of Negaunee, Valerie Hintsala (Bob) of Proctor, MN, Heidi Johnson of Negaunee and Peter Kero (Miriam) of Hibbing, MN; her sisters, Julie Johnson of Marquette and Margie Isaacs of Hibbing, MN; and her sister-in-law Anna Mattson of Negaunee. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, their spouses and children, along with numerous nieces and nephews and a loving host of Brothers and Sisters.
