She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peterson and Alina Peterson (Honkavaara); her former spouse Jarl Kivela; and her husband George Chamberlain of Hancock. She is survived by: her children, Glen Kivela (Sandra) of Ishpeming and Anne Rzanca (Michael) of Munising; her granddaughters, Carol Palluconi (Daniel) and Amanda Kivela; her great grandchildren, Carson Zorza and Kayla Chiamulera; her great great grandchild Sebastian Chiamulera; her close friends, June Jarvi and Cheryl Hemmila; and her niece Karen Gamelin. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
