She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kratz and Marie Kratz (Larch); her brothers, Joseph "Butch" Kratz, Gary Kratz and Michael Kratz; her parents-in-law, Douglas and Janet LaFond; her siblings-in-law, Thomas Petrocik of Dennis, Dennis Trudgeon, Mary Wittler, Jean Trudgeon, Gaye Kratz and Barb Kratz; and her close friend Joanne Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas LaFond; her pet Willow; her daughter Amy Anderson (Chris); her grandchild Cadence of Palmer; her daughter Jenny Holmgren (Darren); her grandchildren, Grace and Luke of Oconto, Wisconsin; her siblings, Renae Petrocik of Negaunee, Lori Skytta (Dan) of Virginia Beach, VA and Dennis Kratz (Kathy) of Ishpeming; her siblings-in-law, Linda Kratz of Ishpeming and Gordon Wittler of Skandia; and her close friend Patty Garbett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Patti's memory to the Negaunee Public Library.
