It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lois M. Allen of Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Knight and Mary Knight (Strom); her husband Russell Allen Sr.; her children, Carl Allen, Desiree Schaffer and Russell Allen Jr.; and her birth mother Cecilia Cote.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Holmes; her daughter-in-law Coleen Allen; her grandchildren, Amber Holmes, Nick Holmes, Heather Larson (Muttie), Steven Schaffer, Chris Schaffer, Derrick Allen, Jason Allen, Michelle Beil, Travis Allen and Courtney Allen; and her close friend Theresa Sihtala. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to UPAWS in memory of Lois.
