Parker; his wife Liz Birmingham (Parker); his sons, Jerry Birmingham (Elizabeth) and Thomas Parker; his granddaughter Katherine Birmingham; his brothers, Thomas Birmingham (Dorothy), Jim Birmingham (Christine), Gary Birmingham, Joseph Birmingham (Gail) and Mike Birmingham (Marilyn); and his pet Princess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
