It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Ann Smith (Negaunee, Michigan), born in Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on April 24, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Judy Brown and Stanley Franson. She is survived by: her husband Allen Smith; her son Erik (Pamela); her grandchildren, Kaylee and Austin; and her siblings, Janice Lahti (Steven) of Negaunee and William Franson (Judy) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, the American Cancer Society, or Autism Speaks.
