She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon E. Kevern; and her siblings, Toivo Savolainen, Taito Savolainen, Aili Crowley and Anna Savolainen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Grasso (Ernest) of Negaunee and Diane Cassidy (Dennis) of Harvey; her grandchildren, Dean Grasso (Karena), Dana Rivord (Jason), Bradley Tresedder (Gina), Donald Tresedder (Jackie) and Sean Cassidy (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Mandi Grasso, Joseph Grasso, Kole Rivord, Alex Rivord, Tarryn Cassidy and Sydney Cassidy; and her brother Tarmo Savolainen of Negaunee.
