It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deplanche Mark of Negaunee, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on December 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas H. DePlanche and Mary DePlanche (Herman); his sister Linda; and his father-in-law Bill Sappington. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Sappington; his son Byron DePlanche (Tammy) of Cabot, AR; his grandsons, Brandon DePlanche (Samantha Holland) of Cabot, AR, Jayden DePlanche of Cabot, AR and Kaydon DePlanche of Cabot, AR; his stepchildren, Kim Cook (Jack Sohns) of St. Clair Shores, MI, Linda Charboneau (Tom) of Munising and John Greis (Erin Langenberg); his mother-in-law Peg Sappington of Munising, MI; his sister-in-law Jeanne Sappington of Marquette; his niece Laurie; and his nephew David. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Lake Superior Life Care and Hospice, 914 W. Baraga Ave., Marquette, MI 49855 in Mark's memory.
