He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jurvelin and Kaino Jurvelin; his siblings, Charles Jacob Jurvelin Jr. and Sharon Renfors; and his grandsons, David Alan Jurvelin III and Isiah Xavier Jandreau.
He is survived by: his sisters, Nancie Burkhardt of Pinehurst, ID, Kathy Talo of Negaunee and Julie Moore of Negaunee; and his children, David Jurvelin Jr. (Lisa) and Lesley Jandreau (Dan). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
