She was predeceased by: her stepmother Gladys Kipling; her husband Ronald Kivisto; and her brother Burton Kipling. She is survived by: her children, Greg Kivisto (Patti) of Negaunee Township and Linda Cornell (Paul) of Summerville, SC; her grandchildren, Ashley Maddock (Mike), Brett Nelson (Tonya), Ashley Nelson, Melissa Prince (Nick) and Jared Cornell (Cassidy); her great grandchildren, Conner, Vivianne, Alice, Gatlin, Cash, Carmen, Mackenzie, Cole, Miles and Palmer; and her brother Clayton Kipling. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Charlene's memory to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
