She was predeceased by: her parents, Verl Wills and Molly Wills (Dahlstrom); her husband Larry Johnson; and her grandson Austen Larson. She is survived by: her children, Todd Kauppinen (Heidi) of Ishpeming, Teri Howes (Karen Wolin) of South Carolina, Andy Johnson (Jen) of Negaunee and Mari Johnson (Mitch Ness) of Negaunee; and her grandchildren, Ty Kauppinen, Molly Howes, Emma Howes, Macey Howes, Max Wolin, Zeke Wolin, Jake Wolin, Cristine Larson, Loren Johnson, Ayden Johnson and Lillian Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Cookie's memory to Lake Superior Life Care & Hospice.
