With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ada Cecelia Veale of Negaunee, Michigan, who passed away on August 9, 2024 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Evangeline Trembath and Richards; her husband Robert T. Veale; her grandson Robert A. Veale; her daughter-in-law Susan Veale; and her siblings, Glenn, Jim Trembath, Laura Dunstan, Janet Hoffman and Marilyn Wicklund.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Veale (Alice Crookham) of Negaunee, Russell Veale (Mary) of Norway, Brian Veale (Brenda) of Gwinn, Randy Veale (Diane) of Gwinn and Linda Prond (Kurt) of Wintergreen Lake; her grandchildren, Heather Toutant (Greg), Nathan Veale (Nichole), Jared Veale, John Veale (Sheri), Kelly Prond, Dan Veale (Megan), Angela Zullo (Rod), Brandon Veale, Kurt Prond (Teresa), Ben Veale (Angie), Breanna Kovarik (Martin), Lauren Hill (Matt) and Bradley Veale; her sister Kathleen VanderVeer; and her sister-in-law Bess Veale. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
