She is survived by: her husband John F. "Jack" Lorenz, Jr.; her sons, Michael (Rhonda), Joseph (Mary) and Thomas; her grandsons, Daniel, Nicholas, Jeffrey and Steven; and also Virginia.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers to please consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association and/or the Iosco County Medical Care Facility in Tawas, MI.
