She was predeceased by: her sister Laura; her children, Ruby and Daniel; and her close friend Darlene Runkle. She is survived by: her husband Doug Koin; her children, Patty (Gared Briggs), Doug (Debbie Koin), Michael (Theresa Magrane), Dennis (Robyn Koin) and James Magrane; and her grandchildren, Page, Amanda, Autumn, Tori, Tasha, Travis, Alexis, Alisa, Michael and Brian. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics of Michigan.
