It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Darrell Dean Nickell of National City, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nickell and Bonnie Jean Nickell (Kauffman); and his brother Floydy Nickell. He is survived by: his children, Floyd Nickell (Ashley), Shandra Currie (Beaver) and Heather Northrup; his grandchildren, Dakota, Paige, Kenny, Weston and Avery; and his sisters, Jeanie Squires (Bill), Dar Tripp, Linda Nickell and Polly Groff (Dick). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In accordance with ongoing pandemic, guests are requested to wear facial coverings and practice social distancing while in the funeral home.
