He is survived by: his spouse Anna B Shook; his children, Jayne Bartlett, Kathi Dow and David Booher (Beth); his brother Durwood Booher; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Hart, Audrey Burdick, Melva Shook and Joyce Shook. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
