He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Earl and Shirley Arlene Brumm (Andrews). He is survived by: his nephew Lance Brumm; his children, Kimberly Carpenter, Karla Harp, Kristina Slagel and Kent Brumm; and his brother Chris Brumm (Penny). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
