He is survived by: his wife Marlene Lewellyn (Faust); his children, Kimberly Klooster (Gary) and Rick Lewellyn (Carrie); his grandsons, Jason Lewellyn and Corey Lewellyn (Cheyenne); and his siblings, James Lewellyn and Nancy Moore (Terry).
