He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Hickey and Donna Hickey (Smith); his sister Karen London; and his sister-in-law Beth McLachlan. He is survived by: his wife Jill; his stepdaughters, Kristen Miller (Chris) and Sarah Shoemaker (Troy Sloan); his brother Ed Hickey (Nora); his niece Lori Joostberns; his brother-in-law Pat London; his niece Stephanie Delinsky (Brandon); his parents-in-law, Anne Lehman and William Lehman (Linda); his brothers-in-law, Billy Lehman and Scott McLachlan; and his aunt Sharon Halliwell. He is also survived by family, and Skeeter Ebersole and family.
