He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Hull and Jean Hull; his son James Michael; and his sisters, Carol and Ellen.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Sarafin); his children, Mike Hull (Teresa), Doug Hull (Angie), Ron Hull (Rachel) and Debbie Trumble (Ken); his sisters, Diane Fought and Linda Dye; his cousin Nancy Tholen; and his sons, Paul, Tim, Ken, Dan-O and Duane. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society or St Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Hastings.
