She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dorothy Liehr and Susdorf; her stepfather Charles Schmidt; her husband Ron; her children, Tim Tobias (Pam) and Tammi Cross (James); her sister Dorothy Keefe; her siblings-in-law, Claudette Liehr, Angela Liehr and Harold Valien; her grandchildren, Micah Powers (Tom), Dhanielle Berg, Austin Tobias (Heather), Travis Duke (Tori), Tyler Duke, Trevor Duke and Morgan Duke; her siblings, Don, Rick Liehr and Eileen Valien; and her brother-in-law Bill Keefe. She was also cherished by her family and friends.

Carol was an avid supporter of the United States Armed Forces and has requested memorial contributions be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, http://www.t2t.org or the charity of your choice.
