She is survived by: her children, Dennis Curtis (Dianne), David Curtis (Norma), Jeffrey Curtis (Terri), Nancy Cudworth (Robert) and Beth Ambler (Reed); and her grandchildren, Amy Pike (Delbert), Sarah DeBaets (Brian), Steven Curtis (Rebecca), Benjamin Curtis (Savannah), Kyle Cudworth (Jennifer), Adam Cudworth (Heather) and Dustin Curtis. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
