He was predeceased by: his son Jim Mentink; his parents, Francis Mentink and Betty J. Mentink Herrman; and his brother Don Mentink. He is survived by: his sister Jackie Tobin; his children, Jeff Mentink (Carrie), Robert Mentink (Amy), Jacquie Nichols and Tim Mentink; and his grandchildren, Sondra, Kyle, Aaron, Jordan, James and Liv. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
