He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Frye and Charlotte Frye (Pennoyer); his wife Judy Frye; and his son James Scott Frye. He is survived by: his children, Marty and Ken VanZandt of Tipton, MI; his siblings, Beth Haines (Larry) of Iowa and Greg Frye (Cathy) of California; and his grandchildren, Lucas VanZandt and Lydia VanZandt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
